We have launched our new collection for Autumn/Winter ’11, adding warmer knits this season to help combat the extreme cold weather. This year’s collection inspired by ‘College Campus Style’ is filled with soothing autumn tones and warm winter colours.

New additions to the range include quarter-zip knitted jumpers and double padded gilets. These sit well alongside plain V-neck and crew necks in a selection of fresh autumn shades such as plum, emerald green and indigo. Rugby tops and button down knitwear with embroidery and badges add a sportier edge to some pieces, while for those who prefer to keep it simple this collection also includes a selection of woven shirts perfect for matching with a pair of cords or jeans.

In preparation for another cold winter, Kartel focused on improving our outerwear range, with features including parka and hip length jackets, dry wax finishes, removable collars, multi- functional pockets and fleece-lining being added to the range to combine functionality with an effortlessly stylish look.

Knitwear: With thirteen vibrant colours to choose from including Berry Red, Cinnamon, Blue Jean, you are sure to find something to suit your style from this collection of knitwear. The range offers classic crew and V-necks, quarter-zip french ribs, and Rugby tops available in a variety of fabrics including high yarn cotton and double mercerised machine washable merino wool, with pops of colour to help mix and match with other pieces from this seasons collection.

Woven Shirts: While stripes have taken a back seat over recent years, checks are becoming increasingly popular. This season’s collection has a selection of multi coloured shirts, striped and checked with button down closures.

Outerwear: There has been an increased emphasis on the outerwear range this year, adding fleece-lining for added warmth as well as dry wax cotton fabric with water resistant properties. Previous leather jackets have also been replaced by mock suede finishing helping to fight off the cold.

Trousers: This year comfort fit and casual fit trousers have been continued in cotton, corduroy and micro cords. Additional features and details include zipped security pockets, a narrower bottom width on the leg and a matching belt.
