I have a promotional code, where do I enter it?

• Enter your promotional code on the Shopping Cart page before your payment is processed.

Can I use more than one promotional code at a time?

• Unfortunately not. They also cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.

Can I use promotional codes when I’m buying a number of items?

• Yes, each promotional code is valid for use with one order regardless of how many items you are purchasing within that order. One promotional code per order.

Can I use two promotional codes at once?

• Sorry but no, you can only use one promotional code at a time and promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.

Can I use promotional codes and gift vouchers on sale items?

• No, promotional discount codes and vouchers cannot be used on sale items.

I have processed my order but haven’t entered my promotional code. Can I apply it after the order has gone through?

• Unfortunately, once a transaction has been processed we cannot amend it. Promotional codes must be applied before an order is confirmed.
