How can I place an order?

• Find an item that you’d like to buy.
• Choose a colour, size and quantity and add it to your cart.
• Once you’ve finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ which is located in the top right hand corner.
• If you are an existing www.kartel.ie customer, please enter your Username and Password to log in and proceed with your transaction. If you are a new customer on the site you will need to register your details.
• Once logged in, you will need to confirm your delivery choice and proceed to ‘Payment’.
• Enter your payment details and click ‘Confirm Order’.
• You should see a message confirming your order has been placed and is being processed. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

How can I check what colours a product comes in?

• Open the product page for an item.
• To the right of the product image you’ll see a drop-down list for colour options.
• Click on this to see all of the colours that this product comes in.
• Click on the colour that you would like to order.

How do I zoom?

• Hover your mouse over the main image on the product page to magnify the area for a closer look at the fabric and detailing on our garments.

How do I choose sizes?

• Use our size charts on the product pages by clicking on the ‘Sizing’ tab. There is a size chart for men and a size chart for women.

How do I sign up to the Kartel mailing list?

• You can subscribe to receive our newsletter and other news on special offers and promotions by entering your email address into the ‘Newsletter Sign-Up’ box at the bottom of the website homepage.

How do I pay for my order?

• www.kartel.ie accepts online payment in a secure environment with Mastercard, Visa, Laser, Maestro, American Express, Delta, Switch, Diners and Solo. We have taken every measure to ensure that your information is stored in a safe and secure environment. All online purchases on our website are processed using the latest security technology to protect our customers.
• When you make a purchase on www.kartel.ie, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. You will know that you have arrived at this section because your browser will show a padlock to confirm that a secure connection has been made. Once you have confirmed your order, payment will only be taken from your bank account once your purchased items have been despatched.
• If you are shopping from the USA, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Australia or South Africa, your credit card company will convert that transaction to your local currency from Euro.
